Il 1997 è l'anno di Falling Into Infinity e del più grande concerto che i Dream Theater abbiano mai tenuto in Italia.
Il 30 novembre, il Forum di Assago (Milano) accoglie il kick-off del tour europeo della band, i 9.000 presenti tributano al gruppo un'accoglienza calorosissima e tutto fa ben sperare per il prossimo CD di Natale.
A sospresa invece, Mike Portnoy opta per includere gli outtakes e gli spezzoni di nastro provenienti dalle registrazioni di Falling Into Infinity.
Un CD "strano" ma pieno di particolari, da ascoltare (come suggerisce Mike) con le cuffie nelle orecchie.
Nota: L'Italian Dreamers decide di spedire questo CD a tutti gli iscritti dal 1993 al dicembre 1997, una forma di ringraziamento per premiare la costanza e la fedeltà dei propri soci negli anni: ora siamo ufficiali!
